Ostensibly this was supposed to be a more straight ahead cover of Paul McCartney's 1979 goofy holiday bleeper, "Wonderful Christmastime," but we got more into the looping drone we were using as a key reference and went with that vibe instead, kinda filtering Macca through his '68 Maharishi meditation in Rishikesh.

Ben emailed some drum and percussion recordings of himself from his new digs in Chicago and Greg tracked his bass in GarageBand, soaking his feet in an Epsom salt bath while wearing nothing more than his favorite METZ t-shirt. Then Michael and I got back to the d-r-o-n-e, losing ourselves in the waterfall swirls of delay while The Colonel and Clams provided snacks and spiritual surveillance. It was fun. Om, bruddah.
